There are various types of yarns with different properties. It can usually be classified according to the raw materials used, yarn thickness, spinning method, spinning system, yarn structure, and yarn use. According to the spinning process, there are combed yarn and coarse combed yarn; According to the fiber length of the yarn, it can be divided into long filament yarn, short filament yarn, and long filament short fiber composite yarn; According to the types of fibers that make up the yarn, there are pure spun yarn, blended yarn, cross twisted yarn, and mixed fiber yarn; According to the dyeing and finishing process of yarn, it can be divided into primary color yarn, bleached yarn, dyed yarn, color spun yarn, burnt yarn, silk yarn, etc.
Product technology
The main products are super microfiber nylon yarn 15D and 20D, nylon 6&66 microfiber 30D/24F and 40D/36F. We also can produce nylon dyed yarn and differential & functional nylon DTY.
Production capacity
The annual capacity is 10000 tons, customers are located in more than 20 provinces, and still export to east Europe.
Production equipment
The factory is specialized in producing and selling nylon yarn. We brought RPR and BARMAG textured machine, and other large machine from Germany.
